T O P I C R E V I E WteaselVirtually all hospitalized Covid patients have one thing in common: They're unvaccinated. http://www.nbcnews.com/news/amp/ncna1270482 RandallManipulation of statistics. This is the opposite of what was happening before. All deaths were attributed to COVID (COVID was presumed in many cases with no confirmation). Now if you answer yes to vaccination, you get marked as another reason for hospitalization. You would likely test positive for COVID otherwise. The above is just my unproven hypothesis, but it’s as good as what Fauci did. Keep in mind that as a virus attenuates, there will be infections until herd immunity sets in, and also keep in mind that those infected have as great or greater immunity than the vaccine confers (close to 150 million people in the US). One might infer that cases would have declined without a vaccine at all! But it’s interesting seeing you defend the vaccine now that you have taken the jab. Your next step in the progression is to thank President Trump. I think I can speak for him when I say, “You’re welcome.”jwhop quote:Originally posted by teasel:Virtually all hospitalized Covid patients have one thing in common: They're unvaccinated. http://www.nbcnews.com/news/amp/ncna1270482 Not true. At least 7% of those vaccinated got covid 19...days or weeks after vaccination and were hospitalized.PhoenixRisingWe all knew a different flavor of the vaccine is required for each variant of the virus, going in to it. Sometimes me thinks getting vaxx is waste of time. But if people believe in it and feel secure. Perhaps they it will do its job just as in placebo effects .shura quote:There are only three Covid-19 patients at Sandra Atlas Bass Heart Hospital at North Shore University Hospital, on Long Island, New York — a far cry from when the hospital, which is part of Northwell Health, had as many as 600 patients during the peak of the pandemic. All three patients, who are in the intensive care unit, have one thing in common, said Dr. Hugh Cassiere, director of the hospital's critical care services: They're unvaccinated.this tells me absolutely nothing unless I know, for starters, Long Island vax stats. have those handy, teasel? I assume you checked them before posting this link.
